*does Not Work* Cuisinart Limited Edition Metal 14cup Food Processor

This was working but when someone bought it and it got to their home they messaged me saying it got hot and was not spinning freely. I believe he scammed me by switching the inside with a non working motor since this worked fine and he took like 2 weeks to return it. When it finally arrived back to me i plugged it in and the light came on but thats about it it does not spin at all. But again i believe this is what happen but it might not be true.
